Non-Returnable Items
Because our pieces are made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns for items that aren’t defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
We happily offer a 7-day policy for customers to check their jewelry upon receipt. If your jewelry is damaged during the delivery process, we’re happy to offer a replacement. To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@auraandeve.com, and we will look after the process. To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item meets these requirements:
- It remains in its original, unworn condition
- It includes all original packaging and tags
- You have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation
We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement to you at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
